What is an RTC Block Party?

1. The Vision:

Revive Tulare County Block Party is a city-wide Gospel outreach sponsored by C & C Callahan Ministries Inc. Our number one purpose is to reach those individuals and families within a city who have lost hope and to bring them the Good News of the hope found in Jesus Christ. Jesus told us to, “heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, and cast out devils: freely you have received, freely give.” Matt. 10:8. He also commissioned the church to, “Go therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you…” Matt. 28:19-20.

2. The Plan:

C & C Callahan Ministries encourages God’s children to come and work together in order to fulfill the great commission of bringing the Gospel to the world. We are many churches but we are one body of Christ. Just as no body part can function without the whole, no church can function without its brothers and sisters and no city can be won by one ministry or church body acting alone. If this were the case, then America would be a far different place than it is now. RTC Block Parties provide churches and ministries a platform that allows them to work together in a greater capacity to reach out to their community. When God’s people come together in love and unity great things happen.

3. The Party:

In practical application, RTC Block Parties are exactly that. They are a party, complete with food, games, bounce houses, door prizes, give-aways, DJs and live music entertainment. Everything is provided free of charge to all who attend. Most importantly of course is the presentation of the Gospel through personal testimonies of local Christians, pastors, and ministers.
They are also a whole lot of fun!!!
